Session Plan:
This asynchronous course will be available for a limited time. The course commences with a language and communication assessment. The report of this assessment will be sent to each individual participant by email. Thereafter, participants can engage with learning units on topics ranging from English Grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, conversational skills, email writing skills, soft skills and customer service skills at a pace of their convenience. To conclude the course, the participant will attempt another assessment identical to the first.
